Embodiment Philosophy

Contact Us

Embodiment is a nuanced and evolving term that spans a number of fields, in both theory and practice. Contemporary discussions of embodiment are often influenced by perspectives from cognitive science, biology and philosophy. They are also inspired by practices in psychology, psychotherapy and bodywork.

Embodiment philosophy strives to provide interesting and insightful content accessible to all those interested in embodiment. Perhaps you are a philospher who is also fascinated by therapy, or a therapist intrigued by philosophy, or simply a fellow traveller in the subtle and deep ways of the mind-body system.

Whoever you may be, if you’d like to contact me, please use the form below.
